Most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 3-4 business days. During the holidays production timelines are extended to 4-6 business days.

If you purchased a combination of products they may ship separately, in the event that this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
Once an order is placed, we send order confirmations and shipping updates to the email address provided. You are also able to track your package at USPS with the tracking number provided.
We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can! We send orders to our warehouse for fulfillment as soon as they are placed. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is placed.
Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate!

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense
At the current moment all of our products and designs are exclusive to us. We do hope to expand and offer wholesale for events, etc. in the future.
yes, our site is secure. on any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication. happy shopping!
Unfortunately not, as of right now we are only shipping to the U.S.A
To protect our customers and ourselves from fraud we only ship to billing addresses during peak seasons.
If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing you may check out with a verified paypal account.
CUSTOM ORDER FAQ
What materials do you use?
All of our custom earrings are made out of acrylic which is a high grade plastic. The bamboo earrings we use are GOLD PLATED (not real gold), unless stated otherwise in item description.
What happens after I place my custom order?
Once your custom order is received you will get an order confirmation email.
Within 24-48 hours you will receive an email of your desired name in the font that you chose, once you approve the design your design is formatted to be laser printed.
Once your pieces are printed your earrings are handmade then packaged.
After your order is packaged and ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number via email.
Why does it take 2-6 weeks to receive my items?
Every custom earring order is handmade to order in house. We ask our customers to give us up to 6 weeks to receive their items depending on current order volume.
My item has arrived damaged or broken, what can I do?
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they
are in the hands of any mail carrier.
We try our best to package items safely and securely to avoid damages, however if your items have arrived
damaged please email email@example.com with your Receipt ID and an image of the broken item (so we can better assess what the best option would be)
